Andaye's career has spanned Kaiser Permanente, Vizient, Protiviti, and Adventist Health, with work at the intersection of enterprise strategy, public health, economic opportunity, institutional investment, community engagement, and systems transformation. 

Andaye has architected enterprise-scale strategies, mobilized cross-sector coalitions, built governance and operating models, translated community intelligence into institutional investment, and helped move initiatives from local experimentation toward repeatable enterprise platforms. Her experience includes architecting a five-year, $1 billion impact purchasing commitment across 12 U.S. health systems and scaling a small-business capacity-building platform across 13 markets. 

Her public health training shapes how Future Amplified approaches strategy: business and community outcomes are rarely produced by isolated interventions. They emerge from interconnected systems, decisions, environments, and relationships.
